This is the 21 page Middlesex Packline Packet we gave to each of our players during my time at Middlesex High School. There we saw an improved defensive efficiency in each of the 4 years. The packet helped our players understand the values, principles and coverages of the packline defense. In addition, we used a teaching tape for them to better visualize and understand the concepts in the packet. The video includes examples of NBA and College programs using the same principles.
